Shipping
Orders with a net amount greater than $ 50.00 will have free shipping
- Shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal will be €3.50 per order. For orders over €55.00, standard shipping will be free.
- Shipping to the Balearic Islands will be €16.00 per order. Orders to the Balearic Islands with a net value over €100.00 will be shipped completely free of charge.
- Other territories: inquire via email: info@rodin.es or by phone at customer service.
*Orders with high volume (large canvases, drawing tables, easels, etc.) will have an additional shipping cost.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Come in and register at “My account” to be able to review:
- When the order is being processed or is in preparation, pending payment and/or paid.
- When the order is prepared and ready to be shipped with the shipment reference number.
- To be able to check the delivery status in real time.
The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours in mainland Spain. For other territories, the delivery time may vary from 3 to 10 business days . Shipping may be subject to delays and/or cancellations due to stock issues or incidents with the shipping company. This will not result in the cancellation of the order or any compensation for a maximum of 10 days.
If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to exchange it or refund the full amount.
We will consider delivery to have been made when the carrier hands you the package and you have signed the delivery receipt.
You can find a copy of your purchase invoice in your order confirmation email.
Returns
ARTE RODIN ESPAÑA SL will accept returns by following these steps:
- We accept returns of products within 14 working days from the date of delivery in accordance with the provisions of the Spanish Retail Trade Law.
- Product defects must be reported upon receipt of the order. A photo must be sent to the following email address: info@rodin.es
Returns of merchandise will not be accepted without prior agreement from ARTE RODIN SL - In the event of a return, we will not accept any used, damaged, or soiled products. Products must be returned in perfect condition with their original packaging, including all accessories and instructions, properly protected.
- Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective merchandise or other anomaly attributable to RODIN ESPAÑA SL. If we are responsible for the return, the shipping costs, administrative costs and any other costs we may incur will be deducted from the amount.
- Returns of products will result in a refund of the same amount as the purchase price.
- In the event that the transport agency is unable to deliver your order within a maximum period of 10 days, the order will be returned to us and ARTE RODIN ESPAÑA SL will contact you to:
- Provide information to the user so that they can cover the transportation costs of the new shipment.
- Resend the order.
