TERMS OF USE AND GENERAL QUESTIONS
These terms and conditions are designed to create a legally binding agreement between you and us, protecting your rights as a customer and our rights as a company. These terms and conditions govern the offer, acceptance of purchase, and shipment of ARTE RODIN SL products between you and us. ARTE RODIN SL offers products exclusively to end users for the purchase of goods, with no intention of resale.
An "end user" is understood to mean any natural or legal person acting within www.rodin.es for purposes other than those inherent to their normal commercial, business, or professional activities.
ARTE RODIN reserves the right to refuse to process orders placed by individuals other than the end user. Only end users who have registered or accessed the website as a guest in accordance with these General Conditions may purchase goods and services marketed through the website.
CHARACTERISTICS OF GOODS OR SERVICES
You agree that the products offered by ARTE RODIN in its online store are subject to stock limits. All orders for ARTE RODIN products are subject to availability. If a product is unavailable once the order has been placed, we will inform you as soon as possible. At that time, you may modify or cancel your order. ARTE RODIN reserves the right to modify the products offered on the website at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will not, under any circumstances, affect orders for which we have already sent you the Shipping Confirmation.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PURCHASE PROCESS:
The following procedure has been established for purchases through the ARTE RODIN SL website, which can be made in Spanish.
The user must access the online store hosted on the ARTE RODIN SL website, where the products that can be purchased through the aforementioned channel are listed, by following these steps:
- Choose the category you want to visit.
- You can view all products in a category or select a product type from the submenu.
- You can see each item in more detail. See all available images, see enlarged product details, colors, additional information, and price.
- Choose color and units and add to cart.
- You can place your order as a Registered User or as a Guest. If you are a registered user, you must provide the username and password assigned to you.
If the user has not previously registered, they must create an account on the website/make a purchase as a guest. - Enter your shipping and billing information.
- Choose the shipping method.
- Choose the payment method.
- Complete the purchase process. Here you can review all the details of your order and proceed to accept it by clicking the "Buy" button.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. ARTE RODIN will review the purchase order to determine if it meets all the requirements for processing. After this, the order will be confirmed and shipped, or it will be rejected.
We will not be obligated to supply you with any other products that may have been ordered until we confirm shipment in a separate Shipping Confirmation. Order processing will only begin once ARTE RODIN has verified that payment has been successfully processed and received in our bank account. This process may take 24-48 hours.
ARTE RODIN may refrain from processing orders that do not offer sufficient guarantees of solvency, or that are incomplete or incorrect, or if ARTE RODIN products are unavailable, without liability to you or any third party. In any case, we undertake to inform you and, if we have already charged you for the order, we will refund the amount you have paid in advance.
We also offer the option of sending gifts through our website. You must complete the purchase from your computer as usual, select the shipping address you want to send the gift to, and select the gift shipping option. You can write a personalized message to the recipient. By selecting this option, the order will be wrapped together.
If you provide personal data of third parties, you guarantee that you have the necessary authorization to process it. You are also required to inform said third parties of the terms and conditions of the processing of their data.
If you received a gift, to exchange or return an item, you must follow our Return Policy. The refund will be issued to the person who made the purchase using the same payment method used.
PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Prices on the website are shown in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount.
The price of the products will be as stipulated at any time on our website. Prices may change at any time, but any changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, bank transfer, and Bizum.
Your card may be declined for one of the following reasons:
- Some of the information you entered may be incorrect. Please check that you have filled out all the required fields correctly.
- Your card may have expired. Please check that your card has not exceeded its expiration date.
- Your card may have reached its limit. Check with your bank to ensure your card hasn't exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
- Your card details are transmitted via SSL encryption. Only Secure Electronic Commerce (CES) transactions will be accepted for Visa and Mastercard payments. After verifying that the card is registered with the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to authorize the purchase. Once the bank confirms its authenticity, the card will be charged. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
- ARTE RODIN complies with the regulations required for the various payment methods available for purchases. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method.
- The invoice must be requested at the time of making your purchase, by email info@rodin.es .
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
As the law states, all consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal.
ARTE RODIN will accept product returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of the Retail Trade Regulation Act. We ask that you inform us of your intention to return the product by email: info@rodin.es to be able to inform them of the precise instructions.
The return of any product requires the consent of both parties. ARTE RODIN reserves the right to seek compensation for any damage suffered by the products, as well as to recover direct costs incurred by the return.
Products must be returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging, including all accessories and instructions, properly protected. We will not accept any returns if the product has been used, damaged, or soiled.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error by ARTE RODIN SL, defective merchandise, or any other anomaly attributable to ARTE RODIN SL. If the product is defective or faulty, as provided for in the Defective Products Act, ARTE RODIN SL will replace it with an identical product in perfect condition, subject to availability; or the product price will be refunded if it cannot be replaced.
Returns will result in a refund equal to the purchase price. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
If the period indicated in the Shipping section for the shipping method selected by you has elapsed without you having received your order, you must inform ARTE RODIN, SL of this circumstance.
If the courier company is unable to deliver your order due to a lack of response from the customer within fifteen calendar days of the courier company's first attempt, your order will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
ARTE RODIN SL will contact you beforehand to:
a. Agree on a new delivery date: If we are unable to deliver, the courier company will contact you again to agree on a new delivery date. If you wish to change the address and/or delivery method you initially selected at that time, the costs incurred by such changes will be borne by you.
b. Refund of the product amount. The costs of returning the order, including the cost of returning it to our warehouses, will be borne by you. Once the order has arrived at our warehouses, we will refund the order amount.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Retail Trade Regulation Act and EU regulations (Directive 97/7/EC), returns will not be accepted for sales of goods that can be easily and immediately reproduced or copied.
The following cases are excepted from the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, and therefore there will be no right of withdrawal:
- Items that have been purchased on request and/or personalized.
*If you have returned an item that is not returnable, we will contact you and send it to you postage collect.
ARTE RODIN reserves the right to change its return policy during special campaigns such as Christmas, Sales, or Black Friday, duly informing the customer of the conditions before completing their purchase, as stipulated by law.
SHIPPING
Before placing your order, you must select the delivery method that best suits your needs. Unless otherwise agreed, we will ship your order, consisting of the products listed in each Shipping Confirmation, without undue delay and no later than 15 business days from the date of the Order Confirmation.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email notifying you that your order has been accepted and is being shipped.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address you provided on your form, so it's important to be careful when filling out your delivery address information. We will not be held responsible if the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
You can track the status of your order and shipping at any time in your customer account.
- When your order starts processing: In preparation, pending payment, paid.
- When your order is prepared and ready to ship, we'll provide you with the shipping agency, contact phone number, and shipment reference number.
- When your order is being delivered, you can check the delivery status in real time.
Please note that circumstances arising from the customization of products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, may affect the delivery date.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and give you the option to continue with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
If the period indicated in the Shipping section for the shipping method you selected has elapsed without you having received your order, you must notify ARTE RODIN SL of this circumstance.
When your order is delivered, please check that everything is in accordance with your request. If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, please contact ARTE RODIN SL at the contact email address provided, leaving your personal information and order number, notifying us of the discrepancy or problem. We will contact you shortly to resolve the issue.
ARTE RODIN SL reserves the right to change its shipping policy during special campaigns such as Christmas, Sales, or Black Friday, duly informing the customer of the conditions before finalizing their purchase, as stipulated by law.
SHIPPING COSTS:
- Shipping to mainland Spain and Portugal will be €3.50 per order. For orders over €55.00, standard shipping will be free.
- Shipping to the Balearic Islands will be €16.00 per order. Orders to the Balearic Islands with a net value over €100.00 will be shipped completely free of charge.
- Rest of territories: consult via email: info@rodin.es or by phone at the customer service number.
Orders with a high volume (for example: large canvases, drawing tables, easels, etc.) will have shipping costs that will be communicated in advance.
